The Gary Fountaine Celebration of Life

FreeLet’s celebrate the life of Gary Fountaine, talented bassist, steadfast friend, devoted father & grandpa, and loving brother. Gary touched the lives of all who knew him with his music, his kindness, and his love. We plan to honor his spirit by sharing memories, laughter, and the music he so deeply loved. We look forward to celebrating Gary’s life and legacy together with you. If you were part of Gary’s inner circle of friends & musicians, you’re invited to join us for the celebration of life at 1pm.
Performing in honor of Gary will be:
- 5 Guys Named Moe
- The Norman Sylvester Band featuring Mel Brown
- Sumo Band: Brian Harris, Chuck Barber, Glen Hoover, Rich Lawrence, and Ben Jones
- Nico Wind Cordova
- Arietta Ward
- The Chris Baum Project with special guests: Lewis Livermore, Paul Mazzio, Tim Bryson, Pete Peterson, Margaret Linn, Will Barber, Mike Doolin, and others.
The general public is welcome to attend an impromptu Music Circe Jam hosted by Jim Hardin from 6 to 8 PM.
Dress Code: Please wear your favorite black outfit in honor of Gary’s signature black suit! Feel free to share this information.
